Raised on his family's Christmas tree farm in Salem, Virginia, he developed foundational values of customer service and work ethic that drive his professional approach today.
After earning his Marketing and Business degree from Radford University, Daniel built his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, advancing through progressively senior roles across multiple regions. He culminated his tenure as Regional Vice President in Chicago, managing 35 locations including O'Hare and Midway Airports, leading over 300 employees, and overseeing a $125+ million P&L.
Daniel founded Core 10 Consulting to combine his strategic business acumen with hands-on operational expertise, empowering entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining excellence in customer service.
Daniel lives in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, with his wife and three children. He is actively involved at Glen Ellyn Bible Church and enjoys outdoor activities and golfing in his free time.
